Jose was great. Called ahead to confirm arrival time, was professional, walked us through everything before and after treatment. Explained pet spot treatment add-ons (which we purchased), reviewed after-care information (how long it will take to dry, don't vacuum for 3 days as the fiber protector sets in, etc. Overall, would highly recommend Zerorez.

This is for our vent dryer cleaning that occurred on the same days as our carpet cleaning. The tech did a fabulous job at cleaning out the vents since they have never been cleaned - that’s 20 years!
I like the easy of scheduling, frequent promotions and that the cleaning machines are quiet. The employees are always professional and respectful of being in my home, which is important to me - as home is a sacred space so I am careful about who spends time here. The only issue I had this last time was it was so cold out that his equipment kept freezing so he had to keep getting ice jams out of his tubes - something like that. What I noticed is that rather than 8-10 hours to dry, my carpet was pretty wet for 24 hours, so I wonder how much dirt actually got sucked back up? I hope it's not molding under the carpet now. He was working very hard to make it work, and was extremely polite about it all.
