Techs were great! Carpet even better. Our only comment would be to suggest that if the tech is going in and out of the house (which ours did) that they take off their booties or put on clean ones every time they come back in if it's wet outside. Our wood floors had to be cleaned up from the tracking. Thanks!

Kyle the technician was very helpful and gave us some great advice on spotting treatments on the carpet he also was eager to help move furniture and did a great job very thorough and explaining what he had treated and he knew his product well he knew what would work and what would not work he also cleaned up all his product and was out the door in the in a Flash thank you Kyle

He did an amazing job! He was super helpful and understanding of our needs and aware of what we could and couldn't afford. There wasn't any pressure, but more informative and helpful with his opinions based on what he saw. The cleaning went by quickly and was done well. Our carpets haven't looked this good since we moved in and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Overall, we would definitely use zerorez again.

The carpet cleaning technician was experienced, conscientious and professional and the carpet cleaning was a transformation for the previously dirty carpet.

PS it is sometimes difficult to connect with someone by phone for scheduling so I call both the 651 and 800 numbers to try to expedite. That part could be improved.
