I like the clean, fresh feel without the soapy odor or residue. However, my husband would have liked a more specific time to expect the technician. We had a window from 1-4:00; he called at 3:50 from Minnetonka and didn't arrive until 4:30.

Scheduling was easy - called early week and Zerorez was here by Saturday. We had several pet stains (older pet that we greatly miss) and a spill of something that we could not get up.
