Our technician did an excellent job. We had used Zerorez once before and were not very impressed and the carpeting did not look much improved. Neil Jeter (the technician) did the cleaning with great energy and really put effort into the job and the carpeting looks great. Very professional work. They were very good about coming out to assess the carpets at my business, and giving me an honest estimate. Scheduling was easy and timely. They cleaning took out about 3 years worth of grime and dirt, especially in my high-traffic areas. Very pleased.

Zerorez was professional and friendly from my 1st call to them to set up an appt. Loved working with Joe who originally set up my 1st appt. He outline their appt process and what I could expect. They sure delivered every step of the way. My technician's name was Phil. He was pleasant to work with and very detailed in the services being provided and what to expect from him while in my house. He had me check each area after he was done to see if I wanted any areas gone over again. I asked if I needed any more areas done in the future if I could request him. Love the work that was done.
