A very nice young man, explained what he was going to do and the products he was going to use, and hopefully the result. Asked for any special areas that needed attention. Helped move just a few pieces of furniture that we needed help with. Respectful of our home, showed me on my stairs exactly what he was able to extract. Cleaned up when he was done, put blocks under my heavy furniture and left me with a clean, good smelling home. Thank you, Alex!

Zerorez does what they say. They say they will call three days before day of appointment and they do. They say the driver/ technician will call the day of the appointment and they do.

Very courteous, easy to talk to, efficient techs. They know the different types of carpets and how each have to be handled differently.
