Professional guys.... they were careful with my home. I appreciated that very much. Nick was easy to talk with. Expensive than I thought it would cost of course and he sold me on the fiber treatment and cleaning product. Will have them return soon!!

So far so good! Letting dry an extra day. I do have to say it is very confusing about 3 rooms ?? 139.00. Really I think you need to go by square footage. A little surprised with extra charge with another room we thought was our third and did not end up having done because of the additional charge. We had some rooms that were very small and some that were a little larger. How do you figure that out!? Would appreciate feedback!

We have used ZEROREZ twice and they have been able to remove graphite marks under our recliners and soil build-up on the stair edges. Both service reps we’re friendly and professional.
