Your tech (James) was friendly, helpful, very courteous. He showed concern for not getting our other floors dirty and asked questions about what our nerds were. Spots were removed, except one is returning after carpet dried. We knew it might, though, and James and I discussed that ahead of time. (I wasn’t interested in the expensive “pad soak” treatment for this spot in the basement on older carpet. ) you guys do great work and all areas dried quickly.

I like the constant communication with from scheduling to completion. They work well within our time restraints to keep on schedule and time of arrival was perfect.

We are really impressed with how our carpet looks... we really felt like we were going to have to replace it soon, but it looks great! Even the high traffic area right outside the mudroom.... and I love that it doesn't smell like cleaning chemicals!
