you need to be clearer on the cost of extras like pet deodorizer..I was under the impression 75.00 was for the treatment not per spot.....had I not needed it done that day I would have refused the service

I think the carpets look great and Nick did an amazing job. He was very professional and took great care (he took the time to explain everything like the cost of the job and what he needed to do)and he wore covers on his shoes,too. I am very happy with Zerorez.

Our carpets have never looked so good! After 29 years of use and several other professional cleaners, the carpets now look brand new! They removed stains that I never thouhht possible to remove,!
