Alex did great! Came back and worked on the problem spot I had. Phone customer service was incredible! Floors looked better but definitely not the thing to do if you want carpets to look “brand new” again

They were on time and very professional. There was some confusion on billing and they were able to rectify the situation quickly ave fairly. I will be using them again.

Our serviceman was GREAT! Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we greatly enjoyed getting to know him and talk to him! We would highly recommend ZEROREZ to all of our friends, as well as the serviceman "Jay." The next time we need our carpets cleaned, we not only will call ZEROREZ, but if at all possible, we'll request the same serviceman!

The technician that came to our house was very polite, efficient and good at what he does. He explained everything in great detail. Our carpets look brand new and I would highly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone!

Chris was extremely courteous and efficient and did a great job. The entryway had extreme wear and didn't get as clean as the rest of the carpet, but I expected that.

The only negative was the portable equipment left water on the hallway carpet outside my apartment and after it dried you can see a faint stain. It's barely noticeable, but I notice it since I saw the puddle before it dried.

I would certainly use Zerorez again.

Things went smoothly. The young man explained everything very well. Also offered other services. Took extra care so my cats didn't go out the door, which I really appreciated of course. All rooms, hall and stairway cleaned to my satisfaction. He was a very polite and a nice young man who was very efficient. Won't hesitate to inform family and friends of my positive experience. I will look for a coupon though as the cost was more than we could really afford being we're retired.
