The workers were pleasant, seem experienced and did a good job! The carpets look refreshed and the area rug looks good. The only negative that I see is that I understood the scheduler to say that the workers would move anything that was emptied out ... so we had everything empty, but on both cleaning occasions we had only one worker so that my husband and I felt that we needed to lend assistance, which we did. But it is difficult and probably unwise for elderly customers to be helping to move the heavy furniture. (Only the larger pieces remained since we had moved everything else out already!) Then when our area rug (hallway) was returned, easily handled by one, there were two guys in the truck?

Caleb did a fantastic job, spent the time needed to get the job done; the results were amazing. Carpet looked new again.

Polite and professional. It took escalating services to finally remove a bad water stain, including a third visit to get from merely acceptable to “can’t find it unless you use your imagination”. Without me having to ask, there was no charge for the third visit, and it was provided cheerfully and efficiently.
