Technician was very friendly and quick with his work. The carpets in the home weren't overly dirty but the previous owner's of the home had cats and I am allergic. I have not had a chance yet to see if the cleaning removed all dander but am confident after talking with the technician that all should be removed.

Great Customer service and helped me out as well cleaning the tile for a reasonable additional charge before listing my property. great worker -- made older carpet look bright and new again -- but it is too difficult for the customer (& I think the service person, also) to do the heavy lifting with only one employee sent to do the job -- that was not my understanding when I scheduled, when the scheduler said, ¨ ... THEY will move anything as long as it is emptied out ...¨ C.Last name removed

I was very happy with the work we had done by Zerorez on May 5th. Dan was really helpful with his suggestions and I appreciated his honesty about what he was able to do based on the age of our carpet but it looks great! I will definitely contact you for this service again. M.M.
