The products always leave my white (with 12 grandchildren, mind you!) carpet gleaming white, but I especially like Zerorez's cleaning technicians, who are unfailingly courteous, very knowledgeable and professional, and punctual. I was fortunate to have Tim clean my carpet multiple times, and he is both personable and competent. I've always been satisfied with Zerorez, who always meets and then exceeds my expectations.!
