Scheduling was a breeze, my technician was on time, efficient, professional, and went the extra mile pre-treating the multiple stains and problem areas. It had been a year since our last cleaning, and in a household with cats, kids, and a lot of traffic, he did an amazing job with our very old carpet. It looks so fresh and new. I couldn't be more pleased!
