Consistently reliably excellent.

I was a little nervous because I knew my technician would be there from 1-4 but I had to work. I stopped in during a lunch break at 1ish and no sign of ZeroRez. I had a thought - what if they had to cancel or reschedule? I didn't have any messages so I hoped for the best, prepared for the worst. When I got home after 5, I was so happy to see my carpet looking brand new! I had left the lights and ceiling fans on. All kinds of lamps on. The technician turned the lights off when done. Every lamp. I thought that was so considerate!

A survey is ok, but a rating system where only 10 is acceptable for the worker is not. Very good to excellent are high and acceptable, so 7-10 should be also.

The technicians that came out to my house to clean my carpet were here right on the time they said they were going to be. They were friendly and explained everything to me about what they were going to be doing. They took great care to be careful of moving the furniture pieces that were left in the rooms that they were cleaning. Everything was done in a timely matter and the carpet looks great. Within 24 hours the carpet was dry and I was able to put the furniture back that we took out of the rooms. The carpet is 4 years old and the first time that I had it cleaned. It turned out perfect and feels great. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone in a heart beat!
