Very happy with our results on our first Zerorez carpet cleaning and will for sure use them again! Specifically, we had some 'pet issues' on our carpet and all odor was completely removed. The tech was knowledgable and a good communicator about price and expectations, and did a fantastic job.

Technician arrived on time, was very polite and explained everything that would be done. He was thorough, professional and did a great job. He also explained about drying time and the fiber protection that was applied to the stairway. Carpet looks great!!

I like the fact there is no residue left on the caarpet . The two technicians were great and did an excellent job. They even came back because I had neglected to ask them to move a recliner to clean under it. I have used this service for many years and am very pleased with it.
