This was my first time for using Zerorez. I loved that our tech guy was friendly, and seemed interested in what I wanted done. Christopher was very efficient, and was able to remove stains that I hadn’t expected to come out! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he didn’t need a water connection. Very good experience all around.

You were able to show up the next day and remove most of the stains that the installers left in our brand new carpet. All of the black footprints are gone, but the spots (some of which the installer tried to scrub out with a piece of carpet and water) are still there. Hopefully someone will know how to get these stains out as they are very visible.

I was very impressed with my Zerorez airduct and dryer vent cleaning. The technicians were good communicators, even offering to park their van in another spot to avoid interrupting a neighbor's party- sooo accommodating and thoughtful of them! Both technicians were equal parts approachable and credible, which is a winning combination. The video they provided was helpful to see. Like with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and these guys are worth EVERY penny!
