We were very pleased with our experience! Our technician called to let us know he was on his way and his anticipated time of arrival. Once here, we did a walk through and discussed everything, including the pricing so there were no surprises when he was finished. He got busy and did all three floors, which took him about an hour and a half. He protected all of our furnishings that remained in place and around doorways where his equipment hoses touched. Great attitude, polite and professional.

This is the third time I've used your services and it keeps getting better and better. The carpets are responding well to years of ground in dirt being removed layer by layer. The carpet keeps improving and the way it looks impresses visitors every time they see it.
