Great customer service!

Yoyu don't use chemicals. I have two dogs and that is important to me! You need to do more servicing around the Red Wing area without having to do the minimum charge. I have to wait until I have enough stuff to clean before you can come here and that can get expensive. Tyler did a great job!

He told me what the process was, listened to my concerns, did what he said he would do (very well!!) and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. Rick Jenkins in the area rug department was very helpful pointing out the condition of the rug needing cleaning. Recommending a pad as the existing backing was wearing out. The facility location is easily accessible from Hwy. 100. Plus, Rick carried the rug in from and to my car. Should we need area rug cleaning in the future, definitely will use ZEROREZ again.
