Jordan came out to our house and was excellent! He was very friendly and did an awesome job! The carpets in our new house look great now! I love that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals and because of that the carpets felt soft and not crunchy from soap! Very pleased!

Very friendly staff. Had no issue with my sweet puppy coming over and asking to be loved. Even showed me pictures of his puppy.
Great service and efficient! House smelled great and carpet dried quickly, which is a major bonus for me.

John was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and respectful. He beat me to the house by a few minutes and shoveled a path for himself to the house which was wonderful. He was careful in the house and the carpets look great!

We called Zerorez for a return visit after coffee was spilled on the carpet that was recently cleaned. The service tech, John, arrived the next day and did a great job to eradicate the coffee stain.

Each time I have had Zerorez I have been pleased. The rugs were terribly matted down and now look nearly brand new...and no stains or wear marks. The technicians are always polite, careful and well trained.
