The man who did the cleaning was great. He explained everything he was going to do and did so in a timely manner. However, I am disappointed because after it dried, all the pet spots can be seen.

So, I had to have a tech. come back to have some stains in the carpet that were not completely remove about 3-4 weeks earlier. He did a GREAT job!! The carpet color was off white, so I could not tell if the stains were gone until the carpet was dry. I looked at the carpeting this afternoon and I am happy to report the stains were gone!!! I am SUPER happy. The color of the carpet was not my choice. The people who owned the home before me pick it out. I am sure you only hear about people who are not happy with the work that was done. I however, am not one of them. Please keep up the good work. Jim
