Appreciate Maurice, who we had last time. Showed up on time and willingly added more service for our flooring (tile grout) which we had not previously considered. Grout was almost as clean as when we first installed, 22 years ago! Carpet really didn't need much attention, since we used your service a little over a year ago....carpets still very clean! Maurice sealed our tile grout, which I am hoping will extend the tile cleanliness in the kitchen....the most highly trafficked area...

Jorge was amazing! He was very thorough, made sure that I inspected my carpet post-cleaning to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and offered a little information about his cleaning services. He was very pleasant, fast and professional. I highly recommend Zerorez because they do excellent work and the carpets dry VERY quickly..
On time, no muss, no fuss, job well done
My carpets are soft and fresh but it took about 3 days for them to fully dry.

I told Rudy to do his best. I understand our carpets are fairly old and there are stains. So I was prepared that the stains might come back rather quickly. But our carpets look like he wasn’t even there. There are stains and diary seemingly everywhere. I will not use Zerorez again. This was disappointing as we had had a good result the first time we used your company.

The tech is punctual, careful as he works in our home, the booties are important for us while the carpet is wet and cost is affordable.

We are very pleased with Zerorez. This is the second time we’ve used them. There was no sticky residue on our carpet.
