Daniel, my technician, was a gentleman to a fault. Arrived early after first calling to see if it was ok. Professional, friendly, well groomed and dressed. He was very helpful with recommendations after discussing some questions I had. The carpets which had gone 8 years without a single cleaning, came out looking brand new. He did 4 large rooms in roughly 2 hours. He helped with moving some items happily and clearly took pride in his work and very much wanted to please. Well Done, we will be using you again

Soon clean and the tech, Marcel talked to me a lot about how to keep the carpet clean on a regular basis. They were also very friendly and thorough.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals used in the cleaning process. The carpet feels soft after the cleaning, not crusty like some of the other services I have used.

Jorge was great and came the next day to redo what needed to be done. I was told one price over the phone and another price $70 more when he arrived. I paid because I had already done all of the preparations to have the carpets cleaned. I called about this and no one called me back when they said they would.

My pleasure in dealing with Zerorez began when I made the appointment. I spoke with a very nice person who made my appointment and answered my questions. I received an email with confirmation. On the day of our appointment, Sal, our Zerorez technician, called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let us know he was on his way. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of our questions. It took him about 2 hours to complete the house (6 rooms and 1 hallway). He explained it would take 6 to 8 hours to dry but everything was dry in 4 hours. We have ceiling fans in every room and opened up the windows in the house. I could not believe that he got all of our spill stains out of our carpet. ALL OF THEM!! Some were months old. I will never have any other company clean our carpets. Just a wonderful experience.
I like that all the old cleaning solvents and chemicals along with dirt are being rinsed from the carpet.
