What could we do to improve?

I know it was hard to do this in a mid high rise building were you have to drag all the equipments. Our small 1 bd condo was not vacuumed at all because he was only able to bring the wet vacuum. Even after I mentioned that there was a cat from previous renter. The guy was nice and worked very hard. So after he did his wet vac, the cats hair is till there, so we're ending up vacuuming it everyday to get rid of the cat hair. Just not satisfied

After renting out our home for the past 4 years the carpet was disgusting! Zerorez came in and did their thing and now the carpet looks amazing! My husband kept commenting on our "new carpet" He couldn't believe the transformation! We will definitely use them in the future!
