The pride in the technicians work.
The zerorez technician (Sergio) who came to our home was fantastic. He took Extra Care to ensure our home was protected and nothing was damaged. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning our carpets. Our carpets are 11 years old and they almost look like new again. We will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future, and we will be requesting Sergio. Thank you Sergio for the exceptional service/work I hope zerorez is paying you what you are worth!

Jacob or Jake, the technician was very good. He was right on time and efficient. There was no smell and the carpet was completely dry within about 1 1/2 days.
They texted me the night before my appointment at 6:40pm to cancel. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior and had to have the service done on the particular day of my appointment. Just frustrating to be notified last minute. They actually did send someone and kept my appointment And the technician that did end up coming was awesome. Very friendly and professional.
After cleaning our carpets, the allergens in our home seemed to diminish significantly.
Hot water limited use of chemicals. Perfume not used to mask odors that may not have been picked up. No odor, carpets are clean.
Professional, did the job. Just did it for the first time and have to give it some time to see if my clean carpet lasts.
