Had our carpets cleaned 2/20 by Francisco P. He did an excellent job, and revised our estimate downward to accurately to reflect the actual room sizes - very honest. Was able to almost completely remove the massive coffee stain in the corner of one room, to the point that it is not necessary to remove and replace a patch of the carpet there. This was a pleasant and unexpected outcome. Kudos to Zerorez and Francisco

Eduardo is extremely hard working, experienced, honest and reliable.

When he returns next time with the carpets I sent out, I'll need him to fix a coloration mark made by two chairs that did not have those Styrofoam feet under them. No biggie. Doesn't change my rating!

Lower your prices. $179 is outrageous to clean a 9X12 area rug. It took the technician 20 min to clean the rug.

We use Zerorez to clean the carpet in our clubhouse and they are always quick to respond and schedule the work. They are fast efficient and do an excellent job.

Wanted my grout cleaned. Just buffed floor tiles. Cleaner couldn’t get close to toilets so didn’t clean in that area. Had to call customer service twice to get guy to clean around toilets with brush. Claims he did but areas were dry to the touch and he had no rags. Grouts no cleaner than before. So disappointing. Loved previous carpet cleaning. This service isn’t worth any price.

Hi temperature no harsh but effective chemicals fair price.

They came back to do a reservice not satisfied at all, included the bathroom that he did not do the first time $30 again it looks the same! Won’t use again sorry!

Not disappointed at all, just didn’t see anything different from Chem Dry or other similar carpet cleaning done previously that cost less. The cleaning person (Thomas) was gracious and professional.

The technician Jordan Salazar that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and did a great job! We were very pleased and would not only use Zerorez again but we'd ask for Jordan to do our service.

I was amazed at how beautiful the carpets looked after they were cleaned. Carpet was original and had not been cleaned in many, man years. When the job was finished, all the faded areas had disappeared and the carpet looked like new!. Name removed, Realtor Surterre Properties.
