Easy scheduling, great customer service and the carpet and furniture look great!
The technician was on time, took his time to do a great job and was considerate of my home putting down drop cloths and protecting the walls/moldings. I also appreciate that I was quoted a price before and not pressured into upselling when the technician arrived. The carpets were left clean without any odor and dried fast.
The carpet is always cleaner than with other companies ... for longer ... and of course, no residue.
The technicians are always very nice and can answer questions.
They are clean and efficient.
There are no hidden fees - extra services are explained and offered with no pressure.
Marcel is wonderful. Whenever he's here to clean my carpets, he leaves with them looking new. This recent visit, I had spilled coffee on the carpet. Marcel did his magic and the spots were gone. If I could give Jorge Martinez 20 out of 10, I would. He called asking if he could earlier than my scheduled appointment. I was very grateful for the new time slot. He was courteous, professional and explained the carpet cleaning process. All of the stains came out making our carpet look brand new.

No detergent
Chris was very efficient, polite and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.
Technician was very polite but, did not do the best job on my furniture. In the past, technicians have used cleaners and have taken the time to work on highly used areas of the furniture. I watched this particular technician spray a quick spray and spend minimal time on areas that I pointed out may need some extra TLC.
The supervisor stopped by and was rude to both myself and the technician providing the service.
I have used your company multiple times and have never been disappointed however, this time I was it satisfied at all and expressed this at the time of service- I received a “I did my best” as a response.
I like that Zerorez is non-toxic and does a great job! It leaves my floors and furniture feeling clean AND safe! Technicians have always been thorough, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly.
