timeliness and fresh smell, reasonable prices for the entire home
The technician was personable but not all of the things I would have expected to be removed stain wise were actually removed and the treatments left some bumps in the carpet?

Technician cleaned sofa and headboard. Did a great job on the sofa and the headboard. He failed to cover and protect the bed linens when cleaning and spraying protectant. Had to remove all linens plus mattress cover. Soaked down to mattress. Inexcusable

I love Zerorez's green technology eliminating soap and harsh chemicals. My carpet is over 10 years old and still looks like new. All the technicians I have had were all on time and excellent. My last technician was Rudy Rios. I highly recommend him.
