Great service
Some of the areas that were cleaned don't appear to have great improvement in appearance. I had explained that our carpet was old, sent pictures and you informed you could clean it and that there would be improvement. Its not the best is all, a little disappointed.

I had brand new carpet put in 15 years ago. I started from year one to have Zerorez and Zerorez only clean my carpet every year. Eduardo has been my same cleaner. He does an AMAZING job. Fifteen years later my carpet still looks brand new. Great cleaning solution and great work by Eduardo.
It is non-toxic cleaning of rugs and upholstery. Rugs and sofa dried quckly.

We have been Zerorez customers since you first opened shop in Southern California. Everything that you say about your service is true therefore, we would not use any other type of carpet cleaning service. Our service technician Jeff was very punctual and did a fantastic job on our carpets. We have also used your service to clean our tiles and love the results as well. If you want nothing left behind on your carpets, Zerorez is your only choice.

The Zerorez worker came on time, was clear about what was to be done-including what was and was not to be moved, and most importantly did a great job. Our floors now look better than they did when we first moved here. In addition, everything that was to be moved was put back and secured as if it was new. Clearly, the previous owner did not use Zerorez when they were prepping their house for sale. Needless to say we are very pleased with Zerorez.
Marcel is the best. He has done our house for years and I am so happy he's still with the company after many years. Your cleaning techniques and his service are unmatched and I love his knowledge, friendliness, and the very thorough job he does. I wouldn't use anyone else.
