The service tech was very courteous and prompt. In one of the rooms, he apparently could not reach the furthest wall so there is a very clear line where the carpet was cleaned and part was not. It very clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of your process.
There were still dirty spots on the carpet when cleaning was done. Perhaps it couldn’t be prevented but I had hopes

My floors look amazing! I really wish I could provide a before and after picture. Both the gentleman where extremely professional and communicated with me through the entire process. They worn booties and changed them each time they had to go outside. They were also super quick. Before they had me go other the floors to make sure it was to my expectations and made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. Awesome company! Awesome employees. Will definitely be calling them again once we get into the new house. Thank you guys again!!

Called for our free estimate. The lady on the phone said worse case Estimate of $148. It went up to $331. The guy said that was for just water and extraction. That we needed power wash
that he was going to power scrub on the traffic areas. He would do it throughout since the house was empty we should do it. He would put the protectant o throughout. Sounded good. They were both very nice. When he demonstrated the cleaning of the traffic area the spot came out nice. When I said it was so much high than the lady told me the worse case would be that I wanted to get another quote. He said: well we drove 45 minutes over here so if I have to come back it goes up to Full price on everything. Talked us in to going forward with the cleaning and I would have been happy if it would have all come out. He did scrub throughout but did not do extra over the traffic stains that I was expecting to come out. The cost wasn't the issue. I am going to have to take my shampooer over and go over the traffic area's that weren't scrubbed any extra than the whole room. I showed him and he said well that's where they had a sectional and their feet sat. Then he tried to say that our 3 year old carpet is wearing in the traffic area's. So NO I will not be recommending Zero Rez to anyone. i certainly will not be using your service again. Which makes me feel bad because they were nice and had a good sales pitch. They never said we would be left with bad areas.
I do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your cleaning. I will go ahead and escalate this to our management to remedy this. We do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I can set you up for a re-cleaning if you'd like.
