The Technician was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning (both good and bad practices). He was very efficient and went about his work without delay. He cleaned the carpets in 4 of our new home bedrooms in about an hour and a half. The carpets had an noticeable difference in appearance when he finished. The carpets dried overnight and we moved in to the home the next day. I will definitely use Zerorez again when the time is right.
I have been a Zerorez customer for about 6 years now. I have my 3 bedroom rugs (and master closet rug) cleaned every 6 months (due to frequent family visitors & 2 dogs). I just love how the rugs look & smell after every cleaning. And Chris & John completed the rug cleaning process in a fast, professional manner just in time for the holidays. Thank you!
Was quoted a price of $107 beforehand. Upon arrival, was told it was $131. When I mentioned I was previously quoted $107, the price was fixed.
Also, the promo I signed up for was 3 rooms and 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning. The tile cleaning promo was not explained ahead of time and I was limited to one room of tile cleaning approx. 25 sq. ft.

Professional service, great employees, and clean carpet!
My carpets were cleaned earlier this week. After the service was completed, the carpet was cleaner than in the past when cleaned by professional carpet cleaners using traditional technology. Also, the carpet was dry to the touch that evening, no need to wear slippers while walking on it the first night, as in the past. I am quite impressed with this new cleaning technology.
The service technician, Todd, was quite professional and answered all questions prior to starting the work. Yes, I will use this carpet cleaning service again. I have already discussed the details with a neighbor who will strongly consider using this company the next time he has his carpets cleaned.

We’ve used Zerorez for many years and would never use anyone else. I like that they don’t use chemicals, that they get everything out even those mysterious stains or dirt that seem to pop up, the carpets aren’t soaked and they don’t stay wet for hours. In fact they dry so quickly you can move your things back right away. My carpets are over 20 years old and they look brand new when Zerorez cleans them. No exaggeration! Also this last time we had Leslie cleaning the carpets and she was awesome. Fantastic!
