Anthony did a great job cleaning both the carpet and tile in our Townhouse. He was upfront and honest on what we could expect. Good value for what we paid.

Remove advertising that give customers impression they can get carpets cleaned for less than $100. Doesn't happen in my experience. Happy with results but shocked by price tag.

Cleaning was on for areas that were not already heavily soiled, but spot treatments for pet stains in master bathroom did not work very well and seemed to spread out some of the stains. Odor also seemed to have spread as well. Without pets this might have been a good option but not worth the price especially with the add on costs for pet stains that did not do much
I have used Zerorez several times before. This time I thought the service personnel that came to my house was rude. I will hesitate long and hard before I call again.
Raised your prices. Also we moved out every bit of furniture this time because previous cleaning you just pushed my furniture to the side and back, which created stains from the finish in a few places. I was told these stains are now permanentl. I also was expecting my hall to be included in the 3 room cleaning. It wasn't.
Great service from Luis very courteous and very knowledgeable no problem having you guys next time
This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez and Luis did a great job. He first inspected my carpet in the rooms I was having cleaned and explained the process and he also steam cleaned the tile in the master bathroom. I love the fact that after the carpet dries it’s not crunchy and it looks like new. I will only use Zerorez for cleaning my carpet.

Chris and Jake did a fabulous job on our Berber carpet and tile floors. They explained the process to us and let us know how long it would take. They were also able to clean our very dirty oriental area rug. We are so pleased with the job they did and the results! Our tile is two shades lighter, as is our rug. The floors and carpet dried quickly and everything smells fresh.

Luis did such a fabulous job. He was very knowledgable and very meticulous. He explained everything in detail and was very courteous. I would love to have him come back next year. My house is sooo clean and fresh thanks to him.
The service was not completed as promised. They said they would move living room furniture and clean under it but they didn’t. Had to have them come back another day.
Spent a lot of money to clean tile and seal grout. It doesn’t look clean at the edges and corners. Hard to tell if it was really sealed everywhere or not? Since they hurried on the carpet, who knows?
