I waited for the carpets to dry before writing my review to make sure it was as great as it looked. It is! Our carpets are cleaner than they’ve ever been and look brand new.

when the carpet was finished drying, a few spots that you couldn't notice while wet appeared. but overall my family felt comfortable with the end result.

The technician was very professional. I think his name was Kevin. He wore a mask and booties. He cleaned our carpet, tile and area rugs. He did a very nice job. He asked me to check all the areas he cleaned and went over some places on my area rugs or tile that I thought were to my liking. He was very pleasant and my house looks great!

Outstanding service! Professional, thorough, fast. Could not believe the magic they worked with an extremely soiled rug. Surpassed my expectations. Thank you, will definitely use their services again. I have asthma and cannot tolerate the smell of cleaning products. No residual odor, I was able to sleep in bedroom where wall-to-wall rug was cleaned. Highly recommend.
