The carpet was not clean , like I was expecting all the edges of the carpet where left black ( dirty) my closet was not cleaned, when I was told it would be ... some parts of the carpet felt hard ? Carpet still had dirty spots . I will not be recording this company to anyone . Though you guys were recommended by a really good friend.

The service from Kevin was amazing! And the fact of how not only clean my carpet and kitchen floor looked without using soap but also the smell it left after! All around great experience with Kevin cleaning my home.
Seemed rushed. A couple large spots left with no explanation. Missed areas of the grout under the counter and refrigerator

Superb customer service! The only reason why i scored 9 instead of 10 was because of the $99 promotion you had was only for 3 rooms, when my condo. unit is real small. I will give the employee named Gary a score of 10, he is very knowledgeable, respectful, great service & very conscientious about the covid 19 safety measures.
