The tech was courteous and knowledgeable about Zero rez and what it will do. The carpets came out great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
The carpets looked a lot better than what they looked like after the other cleaning company finished. The technician took his time and offered suggestions of what products he would use to do the best job. Believe me the carpets look great.

Quick appointment; prompt arrival; isiah was awesome. Explained everything and offered additional services without pressure. He did an excellent job. Carpets look brand new. We started conversing and both forgot about the bonus tile cleaning. Otherwise very happy with everything. Would highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using you guys for two years and every time you’ve come the technician cleaned the big area rug I have in my living room it covers everything but 2 feet around the outside edges. This last technician you had come in said they don’t do area rugs which is basically 80% of my living room so he did the 2 feet around the edges and I got charged for the whole thing. When I called your dispatcher told me that you guys don’t do area rugs even though for two years at least four times a year you guys come in and have cleaned it so now I’m stuck with a dirty living room rug yet I paid full price to have a cleaned.So Since I can’t get you guys to come out and do the job right I will never use you again and I will be sure to put a bad review on the Internet and tell everybody I can think of not to use you
