Technicians are always very nice and clean well. I like your specials but your standard pricing is a little high.
I liked Josh, the young man who cleaned my carpets. He was professional, helpful and friendly. He also took every precaution to keep my walls protected from the cleaning equipment. He explained everythibg he was going to do. I liked the cleaning job. Everything look great. I do have a suggestion. The blocks of foam put under the legs of the furniture, left a square mark which showed after the blocks were removed. Other companies that I have previously had, put a piece of plastic material under the legs. It dried faster and did not leave a mark. Under my Lazy Boy chair it was necessary and didnt show so that was alright.
I would definitely have your company do my carpets again if I could have Josh do the cleaning.

This was my second experience with your company. The first was great. This time however the cleaning did not have the WOW factor it did the first time. The first time, I had two gentlemen doing the job and they actually spent more time with the cleaning than the one gentleman did this time. And it showed. I understand that my carpet is older and will not have that new carpet look, however just 10 days later I am not even sure I had it cleaned. Very disappointed! It also seems as if this guy was more interested in the UP charges than in the actual cleaning.
Bob Oden did a good job and was extremely polite and nice. He cleaned our carpet last year. The cleaning process didn't take too long and our carpet looked like new with no residue.
Great services, but the best part is the professionalism and good work Roy does. In a town like this, its very comforting to be able to trust a technician in your residence. Roy is very professional and great asset to your company.

The technician had an equipment failure so had to leave to get a different truck, but even with that minor delay, the technician was prompt and dedicated in getting my couches cleaned and looking as good as new.
