The man who serviced our home is very kind. He is honest and cares about the health of our home and family.
Slow down a bit. I felt like the guy was going way to fast, because he had to get to his next job.
My carpets and floors look wonderful after my service. I always get the Teflon protection...it really works. We have spilled nachos and black liquid shoe polish on our white carpet and it came clean every time! Also, my technician recommends ways to keep my carpet clean between services. The technicians are professional and take care to protect my furniture while cleaning the carpets and floors. I've also had my furniture cleaned, and it always looks great, as well.
The lack of residue leaves your carpet clean and soft. My dogs have severe skin allergies, and this process left their skin free of itchy bumps. I have never found a chemical carpet cleaner that could guarantee those results. I also couldn't be happier with my technician's (Brett) polite and efficient work. Thank you!
