Considering the age of the carpet and having a pet, the carpet came out looking great!! The smell, even though treated was minimal..and the dry time quick.
I like the zero product smell no harsh chemicals. And the service was fast and efficient. Love the air. Purifier in a jar too.

I like the fact that you don't use soap on the carpet because the soap will attract dirt. The high pressure cleaner and the hot water seemed to work to get the carpet clean and in the state it was when we first purchased our carpet. thank you Denice and Name removed

Disappointment 1: Your cleaning process left deep and very visible ruts in the carpet pile. I thought that these would go away after the carpets dried and were vacuumed. They did not.
Disappointment 2: My wife is very upset about the appearance of the carpets. She called your company today (8:00AM, Friday, 4/8/2011) to find a solution. She was told that she would have to talk to Customer Service but Customer Servie is "out of the office" until Monday. The three people that she talked with were not at all helpful. If your people can't be more cordial and do a better job of taking care of customers, they shouldn't be answering your telephones.
A little help about how to get rid of these ruts was all that she was asking. Her demeanor was pleasant when she called but by the time the call had ended, she was very upset.
I am left with bad looking carpets and an upset wife, at least, until Monday.
What you can do to "fix it" is help me get rid of the ruts.
I was very satisfied with the work done! I have used Zerorez for several years, and will never change to another type of cleaning or another company. They are prompt, and do a great job.
I like that your cleaning method uses only water and is so effective. My carpet looks better than it has in several years. The technician, Dave, was professional, friendly, on time and did an excellent job.

I would have not had an area rug cleaned if I knew it would still have such a "contrast". It was cleaned....but one cant tell by looking at it. I would have saved myself $100.00.

Not only is the carpet clean when the technician leaves, but it stays cleaner longer. Technicians have always been very friendly, careful, and hard working.
The carpet is super clean and all the dirt and stains removed. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with my needs. I will continue to recommend and use zerorez in all my future needs.
I asked him to push a couch (not with a sleeper in it and not heavy) and clean under it, he acted like he was doing me a major favor outside his normal job description and that I was really pushing it. Then he put 4 blocks under one of my armchairs. When I asked him for for 4 more blocks to put under a table, he said he was very short on blocks and had 4 more customers to take care of. Your site says you will help move heavy furniture. Have used you in the past, but this was the last time I will ever need your services.
