We were disappointed with our original cleaning.We answered this survey and were surprised to receive a phone call from Zerorez saying they will send another technician out to redo the carpets.The result was great!We have an appointment to have 600 sq ft of tile cleaned by Zerorez.

The man that came to our home was very knowledgeable and helpful. When he first arrived he was kind enough to let my wife get settled and get the kids ready so they would not be scared of what was going on. He walked her through what he was going to do and gave options of services. His name was David I think and he used to be in the military. I can't sat enough good things about him and the service he provided. I own the local Merry Maids here in Jacksonville and I am asked about carpet cleaning all the time. If you guys want to call me, I would would to get a relationship to be able to refer services. This is all due to the man that came to our home.

Your products are outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I have been listening to your commercials for years, first learning of your company from Belinda Skelton of Neal Bortz' days. Quite frankly, I thought my old carpet was hopeless. While it does need to replaced, a miracle was performed by Spencer. I cannot say enough about Spencer. He is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to do an excellent job. He is a fine christian man and I hope you will send him the next time I request your service. I am recommending your company to my family and friends. Funny thing, the cleaner carpet actually made the entire rooms look as though they had been freshly painted. A special "thank you" to Spencer.
