Carpets and upholstery came out great - clean, fresh-smelling and with no residue feel on fibers. Collin was very helpful, friendly and professional. Because of good product and great service, I would recommend Zerorez!
The technician arrived early (calling first to make sure it was okay), got to work quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional, putting protectors on the corners of my walls. It took him very little time to do the work. As promised, my carpet was dry within a very short period of time. It looks and feels great.

The gentleman that came back to the house to re do the carpet did a great job. My wife said he is very polite and worked very hard to make sure she was satisfied. Please give that gentleman some kuddos for his work ethic and professionalism.
I was going to have the carpeting removed from the entire upstairs and stairway - you performed a miracle!! Such a delightful young man and so committed to excellence. The quality of the work done is a standard that we do not see in most service companies. I will never use another company for our carpets.

Text reminder, quick and reliable service, showed up on time, called before visit, did not over charge, was price conscious, very professional, etc.
Other than the receipt, email issue and a few water puddles, there were no issues. Glad to have no major issues. Would be nice if tech could provide receipt.

Zack was very professional he took a lot of time answering my questions and was quite knowledgeable of the products. He also did a fantastic job of explaining the techniques and process. My carpet, area rugs and tile look and smell amazing. I could actually see the difference as they were being cleaned. I would absolutely recommend and will recommend Zerorez to my friends a family.
