Zerorez reps are always professional and they leave the carpet looking new. No residue is my favorite part of this outfit AND no using house water to clean.

So far, all spots are gone and do not seem to be resurfacing. The service was amazing. The men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They did a fantastic job and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend this company.

The carpet din't smell any fresher than before cleaning. Although the gentleman who did the job was very polite and paid special attention to tough stains, I did expect it to smell fresh/clean. The landing on the stairs only smelled clean for 1 day. How can that be corrected? I'm not sure.

I have been using Zeroez for my carpet and furniture for years. I that the products are safe for my grandchildren and my dog. The men have always been very professional and do a great job. I love Zeroez.
They are also always very prompt.

Dale did an absolutely fantastic job on our carpets. He was on time and did a thorough job. The carpets dried fast also.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet
My carpet looks great after Mitch was done. With an active 11 year old boy and 2 cats, I wasn’t sure if the carpet could ever look so good again.
Also, Mitch was able to accommodate my work schedule and come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. He stayed in contact with me from setting the appointment through his arrival.
He was also very friendly while I asked all my questions.
