On Wed 10/4/23 we had our bedroom carpets cleaned. It was an exceptional experience. I received a call from Jacob saying he would arrive in 20 minutes. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and polite. He did a wonderful job and my carpets look great. Because of employees like Jacob, who have a great work ethic we will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them to friends and family.

Jake P. was very professional. He informed me of when he would be arriving and arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant and was very knowledgeable about other services we may be interested in. He did a thorough job cleaning the carpet and was able to remove more of the pet stains than I thought would be possible. I will definitely use them again in the future.
All types of services are provided. I had my area rug cleaned. I didn't realize how dingy the colors were until it was cleaned. It didn't take very long to dry.
We highly recommend the cleaning for your home.The staff are very professional and helpful.The technician worked very hard and we are very pleased with the results.

The tech did not get the coffee stains out of my carpet. I tried again with Harris vinegar and most of the stains came out. Kind of a waste of money hiring Zerorez
