Once we tried Zerorez we never called anyone else for the carpets. A noticeable difference. This time our technician was super. He looked at all the areas and then asked me to check them all when he was done and let him know if there were any spots or any places I wanted him to go over again. I feel badly that I can't remember his name, but you should know that he did a great job for us.

our carpet was horrible from our 15 year old dog "losing control" and we had attempted shampooing ourselves and the spots and odor just got worse. Zerorez eliminated the odor and the spots are gone. Granted from future traffic they may come back a bit but a HUGE difference for now and the cost was minimal for all 3 rooms AND stairway! We will definitely use Zerorez again for ANY carpet cleaning needs!!!!!

Arrive on time, service is performed as requested. Technicians are very polite and willing to answer questions. Carpet cleaning was done efficiently. I have white Berber carpeting approximately 15 years old that has been subjected to the toiling issues of elderly dogs. They treated the carpet before cleaning to remove odors - all spots are gone and the areas smell fresh. This is the fourth time we have used ZeroRez and have been pleased with the results.
