This is the 2nd time we have used your company and the carpets look great. The only thing that we notice different is that it took much longer for the carpets to dry, not sure why as we had the temperature low enough the keep the air conditioning running full time to pick up the moisture, still one carpet was a bit damp this morning
This is the first time that I have used Zerorez. If the end result is as advertised (no residue to attract soil faster resulting in needing more frequent cleaning), I will be happy to recommend this service. Time will tell, but I was pleased with the promptness and courtesy of the man who did my carpet.
