The rug we send to be cleaned has been a problem for years. We have had other rug cleaners work on it, but, so far, zerorez seems to have done a better job.

Our service tech arrived precisely on time. He was cordial and listened to our concerns. He provided us with details of what his work would involve. We are very pleased with the results. The carpet has renewed "fluff" and is clean and sanitized. The tech was even able to get out some stains that had been in the carpet for quite some time. We were impressed with how little time it took for the carpet to dry down once the work was complete. We will most definitely use Zerorez for our next carpet cleaning needs and will certainly recommend their services.
