I've used Zerorez twice. Both time you got the job done. This last time it didn't happen the first time you came, but when I called to express my concern you came back out at no additional cost to me. That time the issue was resolved and the spot, which I was told couldn't look any better, actually does look better and I'm very excited about that. You really are committed to 100% satisfaction.

Zerorez has been cleaning our carpets in two different locations for the last few years. I would recommend them to everyone. Their technicians are professional and well trained. We have two dogs and they can identify any accidents even when you thought they were house broken. Give them a call. You will not you will not be disappointed
