Brian was on time, and courteous. Our carpet is ten years old, light in color, and we have done extensive remodeling in our kitchen. There was a lot of construction traffic over the carpeting. Plastic sheeting protected it somewhat, but there was still a lot of sheetrock and plaster dust. Brian explained what he would do, went over everything that we wanted and gave me a price before he started working. Once I had agreed to everything, he started working and when he was finished, explained where he found trouble spots and what he did to treat them. He gave me a time estimate on the drying, which was a little off, but we had no complaints. Our carpet, while it still shows the high traffic areas, is still soft and the house smells so much cleaner.

On August 4, 2018 Robbie came to clean our living room, dining room, and family room. Everything looked good when he left.

When we got up the next morning my wife noticed a dark swath between the living room and dining room. We waited one more day to be certain, the area was completely dry the next day but the area between the two rooms was still darker. My wife notified Zerorez on Monday, August 6th.

The young lady offered to have Robbie return; my wife declined saying we had already given him a chance. So the young lady on the phone offered to send Brian Morris, the person who had trained Robbie, to come out to inspect the carpet and if need be to clean the area a second time.

Brian took one look at it and explained to my wife that Robbie's machine either had not been clean or that he forgot that when you work with Berber carpet that it takes longer to get it cleaned. Brian then got his equipment and re-did the living and dining room area.

It dried great; so we set the room back up the very next day, Wednesday, August 8.

My wife seems very pleased with the work and she has saved Brian Morris' card so that she'll remember to ask for him next time.

There were two gentlemen came to my house- one trainee. They were on time did what they were to do and picked up after themselves and were out the door with a clean carpet left behind. Yes I would recommend them to anyone who ask.

The add on do count up. For instance stairs $55.00, pet stains $60.00. Here again they did do a great job.

The two young men who came were very polite and respectful of our things. They explained everything thoroughly. They were good at their job and got the carpet cleaned quickly. The carpets look great! I would highly recommend this company!
