Friendly service. No residue per your advertising. We had some pet urine in one area. Was a disappointed that as the carpet dried the smell came back. The service tech worked hard on that area too.

He was on time, he was quick and polite. He answered my questions. The carpet looks great. I am waiting to see if the stains don't "come back", like in other experiences that I have had. If the stains are gone and don't appear later, I would highly recommend Zerorez. I was telling my daughter about the great service, she has tried to hire Zerorez, however in her location in Priest River, Idaho she has to be put on a waiting list as they will not service her area for only one customer.... that is disappointing. Our technician was Rick. Rick spent extra time working on the stains and heavily soiled paths. We were extremely pleased at how clean the carpets looked afterwards. Completely dried the following day and ready to put furniture back. We will definitely call on Zerorez for the next cleaning.

However, the call center representative was incompetent, and had I not used your service before I would have hung up and gone somewhere else. A totally untrained and uninformed
Employee of your business and services. ie. she kept trying to tell me your hose was only 50’ long and if I was that far from the parking lot they couldn’t do....... plus you would charge me if they couldn’t do it ! It took 15 min on the phone to convince HER that I wanted you services.
She was just plan inept at her job.
But then again maybe it’s Zerorez outsourcing the work to a fly by night call center you have no control of. My experience with your on site tech was the only reason I would call you again.

When he arrived he explained the process and what is in the cleaner. I like that it's not harsh chemicals. The carpet looks clean and full again.
