I used Zerorez to clean the carpeting 4 years ago. I was very impressed with your company at that time and that's why I called you to clean this time. I think it's good that you call the day ahead and also 15-20 minutes before arriving at the house. Your techs are very respectful of your home and wear booties on their shoes when they are in your home. I like the fact that you do not use brushes to clean, and I love the clean smell when the carpeting is cleaned.

We were unsure what some of the carpet stains were in the new house we purchased. The technician had to use a little more "elbow grease" than I would imagine would have been necessary under most circumstances. The carpets turned out much better than we anticipated.
