The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was fabulous. Kept us informed and the results were amazing! With two dogs and two kids the downstairs carpet was looking bad. They cleaned it up to like new status. Definitely would use them again!

I like the fact that your process does not leaves a residue on our our carpets and they remain soft and not sticky. Your staff has always been professional. I was particularly impressed with Noah who cleaned our carpets yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in every way.

Good experience enjoyed the before and after photos and the technician knowing the answers to my questions without hesitation. You could tell he knew what he was talking about and not trying to give me bs responses.

I was surprised how clean the carpets were after the job was done. Several stains were completely removed and on the carpets where we had area rugs....you could not tell where the rugs had been after the carpets were cleaned. More expensive than other services but I am impressed with the job Bill did

Noah was very professional. He was prompt and cordial. He explained everything about the process such as the cleaning agent, and how he would make every attempt to get out the deep stains. He asked if we knew what the stain was to help him determine how he would handle the stain. He completed his task in a workman type manner. The carpet looks much cleaner. We are very pleased with Noah's work and Zerorez!

The young man who came to do the work was knowledgeable, flexible, and hard-working. The carpets look great, and I will use Zerorez next time.
