Robbie was great! Very professional. He called and notified me of when he would be arriving at the home. He was there within 5 minutes of what he said. He arrived looked over the house and explained the process of cleaning to me so I understood what was happening. He then got to work and when the work was finished gave me a walk through the house to make sure the service was to my satisfaction. The work was beyond satisfactory it was very well done. Several spots were removed and the carpet odor was replaced with a fresh citrus scent. The dry time was right on target about 24-36 hours total (we don't have any fans to accelerate the process) and we are now enjoying our fresh clean carpet. The price was good and we are glad to know that Zerorez comes out to Lake Panorama. We will certainly use you all again (hopefully not for a few years) :-) And will recommend your services to anyone who asks.
The service is prompt and efficient. The carpet feels dry quickly, so we don't have to wait as long to put back our furniture.

Called before arrival. Arrived on time. Performed service exactly as outlined and scheduled. Was thorough, detail-oriented, and explained exactly what he would be doing. Took care not to track into my house or bang up my walls and baseboards. Good communication. Friendly but professional.

You work hard at getting all the stains out.
The service tech was very friendly and explained things well. He was very efficient and checked with us to see if we seemed happy with the process. He assured us that our satisfaction was important and if we noted any concerns later on, to please call Zerorez. We were very happy with the carpet cleaning! My only suggestion would be to bring back the practice of providing "footies" for customers.
They were on time, the person doing it was polite and explained the process. Floors looked good and I didn’t have to worry about the dog or grandchildren playing right away.
