Easy to schedule service on line and in the near future. Smell was great, very pleasant and natural. Carpet looks much better so I think it did a very good job of cleaning. The carpet is softer to walk on!

The gentlemen were very timely,effecient and polite. They tried their best to clean our "traffic pattern" but it was far too soiled. I appreciate their attempt.

We had two area rugs and a runner cleaned. Beautiful!!! They look like new! Even got red wine and some persistant "dog stains" out of our Nourisan 2000 persian rug. Impressive!

The stairs haven't looked this good, since the carpet was installed.

I want to commend Mike Rokes for doing a great job cleaning my mother's carpeting. There were a few stains that have never come up before, but Mike worked on them and they are gone! I know we will call Zerorez (and request Mike Rokes) the next time her carpet needs cleaning!
