I was just so impressed with Zerorez; from online appointment booking, to an appointment reminder, and a call from my technician when he was 20 minutes away. The only hard part was moving my furniture!

We took advantage of one of Zerorez's many promotions through out the year and had two bedrooms, the living, basement stairs and basement rec room cleaned.

The carpet in the basement is from the previous home owners who had kids and pets and we have pets of our own, so it had its fair share of stains, dirt and general grunge. I never ever thought the carpet down there would look so good after this, but it looks almost new.

Seriously, we were budgeting to completely replace this carpet in the next year, and now we don't have to. The stains are gone, even the one that our tech wasn't sure would come out.

When my granddaughter left multiple spots of paint on the carpet I thought for sure it was ruined, but Zerorez was able to come to my home within hours and was able to remove all the paint. Simply amazing. The tech was so kind and efficient. I will definitely be calling you again! Thank you!!

Initially I was not impressed. The carpet was soaked and the high traffic areas looked no better then when I had cleaned them myself. I didn’t expect the carpet to look perfect, since it’s not new. The main objective was to get the high traffic areas to look better. My husband called the office and spoke with Heather. Heather sent Rick out the same day to investigate the problem. Rick assessed the problem and re-cleaned the carpet. It looks great! Great customer service Heather and Rick. I will definitely recommend and use zerorez again , because of the prompt and courteous service received after the problem was brought to Heather’s attention.

Efficient service & clean carpet!

Brian has twice now removed stains that were difficult at best. He is a genius in the art of cleaning carpets.

When your tech leaves, the carpets look like new. Also, your techs are very cordial and very customer service committed.

We were pleased with the services over all. Brian was very professional and helpful in identifying the source of the order we were noticing in the carpet. He was straight forward in informing us that while having the carpets cleaned may not completely remove the oder as the previous home owners of the house had a dog. He was correct in his observation that the air vents of the house should be cleaned in order to address the possible source of the order. We could see the dog hair and debris in the vents. We intend to have this addressed and Brian was helpful in suggesting a services to take care of this. He also suggested painting the walls as this may also help.

I would recommend the service of Zerorez to family and friends. The carpet was quick to dry and no film or stickiness was felt after the process.

For our newly remodeled home we had Zerorez clean carpet one day & vents the following day. Bill did such a detailed job with the carpets, noting some stains and doing everything he could to make them disappear. He was SO respectful & kind! Austin took his time tending to the vent cleaning & provided a summary at the end... could tell we had construction going on. Cleaned the dryer vent also and said it really needed attention which was a relief, as you hear about that as a potential fire hazard. I was SO impressed with the quality of work but also how lovely both of these men are! I’ve thought about them both since their departure & have already shared with friends how wonderfully they represent their company!!!!..... Shelly W.
