How well your products cleaned the carpet. The steam process
John was very very good, explained everything he was doing and why, asked several times for me to check spots. He was very polite and worked very hard to get the carpet as clean as possible. I would very much like to make sure he is well documented as a very hard working, very polite employee.
The technician was very pleasant and helpful the carpets cleaned up very well and still look much , much better than they typically do after cleaning. I also like the fact that the carpets dried out much more quickly than is frequently the case. Would use them again.

Arrived during the time given to me. Called ahead to say he was 20 minutes out. Friendly technician. Carpet dried pretty quickly.
Tech. was very nice and carpet was cleaned very well. No chemical smells and dried quickly.
Considering the age of our carpet (approximately 14 years), the results were excellent. The technician was very pleasant and very efficient. This is the third time we have used Zerorez and we have always recommended them.
